Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy To ensure adequate preparation and scheduling, all service appointments must be booked at least 14 days in advance. If you require an appointment sooner than two weeks, please contact me directly. I may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Appointments may be rescheduled at any time at no additional charge. I understand that plans can change and will do my best to work with your schedule. However, cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booked service price. This fee helps offset the reserved time and the inability to offer that appointment slot to another client on short notice. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
